Creating art steadies me. As my hands move, the noise softens. My art is simple, a little silly, and full of small happy things. It reminds me that joy doesn't have to be complicated — sometimes it's pastels, doodles, or something cute that makes you smile without thinking. Art brings me peace; I hope sharing mine passes some of that forward.
